New IMS Consulting & Expert Services Brand Reflects the Firm’s Continued Growth and Expansion of Services to Serve the Complete Life Cycle of Complex Litigation

Pensacola, Fla.  |   IMS Consulting & Expert Services, the world’s leading provider of trial and expert witness services for the most influential firms,  has unveiled a new brand identity and logo, refreshed to reflect the growth of the company and new service lines including persuasion strategy, jury research and consulting, trial presentation and technologies, and trial graphics. These changes come at a time when the company continues to develop and add to its breadth and depth of its service offerings and ability to better support complex litigation.

James Crane, IMS Chief Revenue Officer, remarked:

The updated brand identity is informed by an extensive period of in-depth due diligence, including client interviews and market research with respected legal industry brand authorities, including Finn Partners.

The refreshed visual brand identity maintains key attributes designed to represent the core benefits relied upon by IMS’s clients, including a culture of service and intellectual curiosity, a deep dedication to ensuring clients’ needs are understood and met with efficiency and highest quality, and unwavering respect for relationships.

A new tagline, “Together, We Win,” represents the deep appreciation for the value of relationships and the firm’s full commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs. The tagline also speaks to the benefit of gaining clarity and context through the full suite of client offerings, across art and science, story-telling and illustration, and theory and fact.

Several new elements of the brand identity will be released in the months ahead, including an updated website designed to help clients efficiently gain access to the research, insights, expertise, and services they need on their particular matters.
