MARLOW – After launching a survey Tuesday, Marlow’s electric utility will continue a phone survey in the upcoming week.
City Administrator, Jason McPherson said, “every two years, Marlow is in a group of cities that gather customer’s thoughts on how the electric utility is doing.”
According to McPherson, customers within the city of Marlow may receive a call from Great Blue Research with the number 860-430-5379 listed in the state of Connecticut.
A press release states the design of the phone survey will improve the local utility service.
They began Tuesday, Nov. 24 and will continue until they have sufficient response.
“Great Blue Research provides the information from the survey and we use that to find out where we need to improve,” McPherson said. “We appreciate and use the information whether it is complimentary or constructive. What we learn is used in everything from customer service to future project planning.”
According to a release, revenues collected will benefit customers from reinvestment in the infrastructure of the electric system, system upgrades, transfers to help law enforcement, fire protection and other infrastructure, such as streets and parks.
