Gongos Hires Primary Research Practice Leader

US-based company Gongos has appointed former Engine SVP Analytics & Data Science Paula Sprowl as Senior Director, Research, overseeing its primary market research group.
Gongos specializes in helping cross-functional teams gain and apply consumer insights, convert decisions into action, and manage organizational change. Its new practice focuses on competencies that support change management, employee experience and human-centered innovation. Last year, the company opened a Strategy & Implementation practice, to help BtoC and BtoB organizations develop and embed customer-centric strategies into their organizations.
Sprowl (pictured) joins after nearly four years at Engine US, where she led the Data Analytics team, prior to which she was VP, Analytical Services at Engine company ORC International. Earlier, she spent nearly a decade at MRSI (Marketing Research Services Inc), latterly as Director, Analytical Services; was Research Manager at Wondergroup; and Senior Analyst at Catalina Marketing Research; having begun her career at Parker Marketing Research.
