Job Description
Our Brand Community team focus on partnering with some of the most interesting people about, empowering them to be creative contributors aligned to our brand narrative and values. Working with global talent spanning the fashion, music, art, and media industries the Brand Community Assistant will play an important role in embedding our community in our business to execute 360 campaigns and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Brand Community Executive and Senior Brand Marketing Manager in implementing our Brand Community program, which is underpinned by our four engagement pillars of brand, product, experience and service.
• Be interested in people! Proactively build and maintain meaningful relationships with others including talent, talent agencies, and brand partners considering current and future alignment to our brand messaging and mission.
• Ensure every ambassador has a seamless experience with our brand by carefully planning and considering the infrastructure, logistics and operational components to best prepare our ambassadors to be brand and product advocates, to power experiences, and be true customers.
• Have you finger on the pulse in upcoming news and trends within the fashion, music art and film industries in order to own, build out and align the team to the cultural calendar.
• Own our talent databased being resourceful to secure and collate ambassador details and record our outreach or engagement, feeding insight and opportunities to the wider team for consideration and action.
• Be curious and engage in continuous research to identify and propose new talent Browns could consider within the Community program, being hyperaware of emerging talent across a broad range of industries who resonate with our customers and can become distinctly identified as an ambassador of Browns.
• Prepare and present regular competitor analyses with the wider team in order to be ahead of the ambassador landscape.
• Traffic product in line with internal process to ensure our ambassadors have the right product and at the right time to support user generated initiatives, and to enable our gifting and events strategy.
• Engage in contract negotiation directly with our ambassadors or via talent agencies, ensuring the Terms of our contracts are fair, attractive and aligned to our values.
• Set up and facilitate in-store appointments with our ambassadors showcasing a personalised luxury service and our multichannel capability.
• Support the Brand Engagement team at on and offsite events including guest list curation, greeting guests, working with photographers and videographers to capture key content.
• Support the Brand Community Executive to create internal strategy documents and proposals for presentations.
• Support with community budget management, invoicing and talent partnership contracts.
• Support with ad-hoc duties such as taking notes in internal and external meetings cascading to the wider teams on initiatives and projects we’re actively working on.
