August Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings Revealed

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for drama actors!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 50 drama actors, using big data collected from July 27 to August 28.

At the top of the list is Kim Soo Hyun, who appeared in tvN’s “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay,” with a total score of 3,771,464. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay,” “Moon Kang Tae,” and “Seo Ye Ji,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “change,” “confess,” and “return.” Kim Soo Hyun’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 72.06 percent positive reactions.

In second place is Cho Seung Woo, who currently appears in the second season of tvN’s “Forest of Secrets.” He scored a total index of 3,290,796. Third place went to Lee Joon Gi, who is working on “Flower of Evil,” with a total score of 3,290,796.

Seo Ye Ji and Moon Chae Won, who work with Kim Soo Hyun and Lee Joon Gi respectively in their latest dramas, came in fourth and fifth place. The two actresses scored 3,252,755 and 2,859,896 respectively.
