Parkside Administrator shares the incredible survey results.
A total of 100 percent of residents rated their willingness to recommend Parkside to others as “excellent” or “good,” states a report released in February by the assisted living community.
These results come from Parkside’s recent satisfaction survey conducted by National Research Corporation’s My InnerView, a third-party applied Research Company providing leaders in skilled nursing, assisted living and senior housing with tools to measure, benchmark and improve performance.
“We are committed to providing quality care and service to our residents,” Parkside Administrator Lydia Coulliette said. “The feedback allows us to identify our strengths and opportunities so that we can provide a safe, positive and caring environment for our residents.”
The most important indicator of resident satisfaction, Coulliette added, is their willingness to recommend Parkside to others.
“This result speaks volumes to the community and to prospective residents and families,” Coulliette said.
Coulliette shared that having residents participate in the survey makes the results even more powerful. The surveys were mailed to residents, and their families, assessing their perception of quality. Surveys were returned to My InnerView for data processing.
The original Parkside assisted living by Americare has been part of the Rolla area since 1987, and was located on 10th Street. The original building has been turned into a memory care community, The Arbors at Parkside. Parkside Assisted Living, along with Independent Living found a new home at 2100 Parkside Avenue here in Rolla.
