FITCH adds two strategy directors to management

FITCH has named Liz Krueger (pictured right) and Daniel Segal (pictured left) as strategy directors for its Hong Kong office.

The retail and brand consultancy said these appointments were part of a plan to drive strategic and technology solutions.

In her new position, Krueger will heavily focus on experience creation. She has experience in Asia across multiple sectors, including finance, travel, tech, and retail, working with several big-name brands including Standard Chartered, Hagar, and Cathay Pacific.

“I’m delighted to be joining the FITCH team as they continue to grow and deliver world-class experiences for brands. The team’s vision is one that aligns with my own and I’m looking forward to working with them to design experiences for people that make them feel inspired, cared for, and respected,” said Krueger.

Segal is a user experience specialist, who is hoped to bring user-centric solutions in interaction design to FITCH’s projects. He possesses more than 18 years of experience across Asia, America, the UK, the Middle East, and the Far East.

“FITCH is at an exciting point and with a real investment and passion to have the customer at the heart of the work we do for brands, there’s a great opportunity to collaborate and create outstanding work for our clients
in Hong Kong and globally,” said Segal.

Speaking of these appointments, Jonathan Cummings, chairman of FITCH Greater China, said, “The addition of Krueger and Segal to our team will undoubtedly strengthen our offerings and reputation as a consultancy in Hong Kong and further afield. FITCH has a strong presence in Asia, and we are continuing to grow year on year, both in size and scope. With a team of industry leaders, we can continue to influence change in Asia for the better.”
